Founder and Managing Director of KLTS
Joel Kreklau
Joel Kreklau is a recognized expert in international tax law. With his extensive international network, he supports you in all matters of international taxation.
He provides tax advisory services in German, English, and Russian.
His career began in the Bremen tax administration. He completed a dual study program at the Northern Academy for Finance & Tax Law in Hamburg and worked in the Bremen tax administration for a total of four years. His focus was on tax assessment and external audits.
After transitioning into tax advisory, Joel worked at renowned auditing and tax consulting firms. His work concentrated on restructurings, international project business, and M&A transactions.
In parallel, he completed a Master’s degree in International Taxation (M.I. Tax) at the University of Hamburg, passed the tax advisor exam, and subsequently founded KLTS.

Albert Lehmann
Albert Lehmann began his career after graduating from high school as a trainee tax clerk at a renowned mid-sized tax advisory firm.
After successfully completing his apprenticeship, he expanded his expertise through a business administration degree at the University of Bremen, focusing on finance, accounting, and taxation. During his studies, he gained valuable professional experience both in tax advisory firms and in the private sector, where he was able to apply and enhance his knowledge and skills.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), he joined a renowned auditing and tax advisory firm. There, he was significantly involved in auditing financial statements in accordance with commercial law. Over five years, his focus was on preparing financial statements under commercial and tax law for companies of various sizes, as well as comprehensive tax declarations. After successfully passing the tax advisor exam in 2023, he served as a manager at the same firm.
Today, Albert Lehmann is a proud co-founder of KLTS PartG, where, together with Joel Kreklau, he offers qualified tax advisory services in national and international tax law to his clients.
